The involvement of T lymphocytes in the pathogenesis of endometriotic tissues overgrowth in women with endometriosis
This study found altered T-lymphocyte subpopulations and cytokine production in women with endometriosis, with diminished IFN-gamma and increased IL-4 and IL-6 contributing to pathogenesis, and Goserelin treatment normalizing these parameters.
