Post-translational modifications and protein-specific isoforms in endometriosis revealed by 2D DIGE
2D DIGE and mass spectrometry identified 20 differentially abundant proteins in the eutopic endometrium of endometriosis patients, revealing significant post-translational modifications and altered biological pathways.
