Effect of danazol on estradiol-17β and progesterone secretion by porcine ovarian cells in vitro
Danazol inhibited both basal and LH-stimulated progesterone secretion by porcine granulosa and luteal cells, and testosterone-stimulated estradiol secretion by granulosa cells in vitro.
