Gene expression of adhesion molecules and matrix metalloproteinases in endometriosis
Gene expression of MMP-2, MMP-9, and MT1-MMP was significantly higher in pigmented endometriotic lesions compared to normal endometrium, with positive correlations to adhesion molecule expression.
