DNA microarray analysis of gene expression profiles in deep endometriosis using laser capture microdissection
This study identified upregulated PDGFRA, PKC beta1, JAK1, TRkB, 5HTT, and MOR, and downregulated Sprouty2, MKK7, COUP-TF2, and PGE2EP3 in deep endometriosis cells, suggesting roles in pathogenesis, estrogen production, pain, and immune response.
