Microbiome Profile of Deep Endometriosis Patients: Comparison of Vaginal Fluid, Endometrium and Lesion
This study compared microbiome profiles from vaginal fluid, endometrium, and endometriotic lesions, finding similar bacterial composition overall but a distinct profile in deep lesions with less *Lactobacillus* and more *Alishewanella*, *Enterococcus*, and *Pseudomonas*.
