Genomic Function of Estrogen Receptor β in Endometriosis
This study generated ERβ-regulated transcriptome and cistrome data in mice to show that nuclear ERβ stimulates ectopic lesion proliferation and progression via MYC, G2/M transition, and inflammatory signaling, while causing endometrial dysfunction.
