Differentially-Expressed miRNAs in Ectopic Stromal Cells Contribute to Endometriosis Development: The Plausible Role of miR-139-5p and miR-375
This study isolated endometrial stromal cells from endometriosis patients, revealing 149 differentially expressed miRNAs, including upregulated miR-139-5p and downregulated miR-375, which influenced HOXA9/HOXA10 and EDN1 gene expression, respectively.
