Combined mRNA microarray and proteomic analysis of eutopic endometrium of women with and without endometriosis
Proteomic analysis of luteal phase endometrium identified five peptide peaks diagnostic for endometriosis with high sensitivity and specificity, while mRNA analysis showed no differential gene expression between endometriosis patients and controls.
