Regression of endometriosis following shorter treatment with, or lower dose of danazol: Comparison of pre‐ and post‐treatment laparoscopic findings in the Scandinavian multi‐center study
This study compared danazol treatment regimens for endometriosis, finding that 600 mg daily for 6 months resulted in greater regression than 4 months of 600 mg daily, though dose reduction after 2 months increased irregular bleeding.
