Immunolocalization and Regulation of the Chemokine RANTES in Human Endometrial and Endometriosis Tissues and Cells1
This study identified RANTES mRNA and protein in human endometrium and endometriosis, demonstrating that inflammatory cytokines induce RANTES secretion by stromal cells, which likely recruits leukocytes to ectopic lesions.
