Aberrant activation of signal transducer and activator of transcription-3 (STAT3) signaling in endometriosis
Phospho-STAT3 and its downstream molecule HIF1A are significantly elevated in eutopic endometrium from women with endometriosis compared to controls, suggesting aberrant STAT3 activation in the disease.
