Adenomyosis does not affect implantation, but is associated with miscarriage in patients undergoing oocyte donation
This study investigated the impact of adenomyosis on implantation rates and miscarriage in oocyte donation recipients, finding no effect on implantation but a significant association with increased miscarriage risk.
