Relationship Between Toll‐like Receptor‐4 and mPGES‐1 Gene Expression in Local Lesions of Endometriosis Patients
This study found that TLR4 protein and mPGES-1 mRNA expression were significantly higher in endometriosis lesions compared to eutopic endometrium, with TLR4 mRNA correlating with mPGES-1 mRNA but not COX-2.
