A randomized, double‐blind, placebo‐controlled pilot study of the comparative effects of dienogest and the combined oral contraceptive pill in women with endometriosis
This pilot study found that postoperative dienogest or a combined oral contraceptive pill reduced endometriosis pain and improved quality of life compared to placebo in women with severe endometriosis.
