Diagnostic value of the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio and the combination of serum CA-125 for stages III and IV endometriosis
The neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio combined with serum CA-125 improved diagnosis of stages III and IV endometriosis, showing high sensitivity and specificity, and aided diagnosis in patients with negative CA-125.
