Knockdown of long noncoding RNA CCDC144NL-AS1 attenuates migration and invasion phenotypes in endometrial stromal cells from endometriosis†
This study identified CCDC144NL-AS1 as a lncRNA upregulated in endometriosis tissues, and its depletion suppressed endometrial stromal cell migration and invasion by altering F-actin and reducing vimentin and MMP-9 levels.
