Diagnostic Value of Menstrual Blood Lipidomics in Endometriosis: A Pilot Study
This pilot study investigated menstrual blood lipidomics and found specific ceramides, sphingomyelins, cardiolipins, triacylglycerols, and phosphatidylethanolamines were elevated in endometriosis, with PE P-16:0/18:1 and CL 16:0_18:0_22:5_22:6 acting as potential diagnostic markers.
