Abstract

症例は32歳，女性．主訴は右鼠径部腫瘤・疼痛．以前より自覚していた右鼠径部腫瘤が月経時期に一致して疼痛を認めるようになったため2005年4月に近医受診．手術を勧められたがその後医療機関を受診しなかった．2007年4月中旬に腫瘤の月経時疼痛の増強を認めたため，当院初診．腹圧をかけると鼠径部が膨隆したため，鼠径ヘルニアに併存した子宮内膜症と診断し，同年7月に手術施行．手術時にヘルニア門は内鼠径輪に存在し，ヘルニア嚢先端に腫瘤を認めた．病理組織学的所見で，腫瘤は子宮内膜症であった．術後経過は良好で術後12カ月現在子宮内膜症の再発を認めていない．鼠径ヘルニアに併存した鼠径部子宮内膜症の本邦報告28例を集計し，文献的考察を加えて報告した．
