Abstract
子宮内膜症は子宮内膜または子宮内膜様組織が異所性に発生した状態であるが,鼠径部にみられることは稀である.われわれは外鼠径ヘルニアに合併した子宮内膜症の1例を経験したので報告する.症例は30歳女性.主訴は右鼠径部痛.既往として23歳時に子宮内膜症と診断されていた.平成14年初旬より右鼠径部痛出現するも放置していた.平成15年9月より月経時に一致して出現する右鼠径部有痛性腫瘤に気づき,当院当科受診された.病歴と子宮内膜症の既往,画像診断から本症を疑い手術を施行した.右外鼠径ヘルニアを認め,さらに剥離したところ暗黒色血の流出を認めた.ヘルニア嚢の病理組織学的所見で子宮内膜症と確定診断した.術後経過は良好で,約2カ月経過する現在に至るまで再発兆候認めず,また月経時痛の著明な改善を認めた.本症例は外鼠径ヘルニアのヘルニア嚢に発生した稀な症例であり,若干の文献的考察を加え報告する.
