Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for heavy menstrual bleeding
NSAIDs reduce heavy menstrual bleeding compared to placebo, but are less effective than tranexamic acid, danazol, or LNG IUS, with no significant difference found versus other medical treatments.
