Leukotriene release by endometrium and myometrium throughout the menstrual cycle in dysmenorrhoea and menorrhagia
Endometrial leukotriene release, highest during menstruation, was significantly greater than myometrial release and elevated in women with dysmenorrhea but not correlated with menstrual blood loss.
