Genetic polymorphisms of cytochrome P450c17α (CYP17) and progesterone receptor genes (PROGINS) in the assessment of endometriosis risk
This study found that PROGINS heterozygosis genotype frequencies were statistically higher in endometriosis cases compared to controls, but no significant difference was observed for CYP17 polymorphism.
