Effects of danazol and lynestrenol on serum lipoproteins in endometriosis
Treatment of endometriosis with danazol and lynestrenol decreased HDL cholesterol and increased LDL cholesterol, with lynestrenol's effects attributed to progestational activity and danazol's to antigonadotropic and androgenic activities.
