Obstetric Outcomes in Patients Treated for Deep Pelvic Endometriosis
This study evaluated 43 women surgically treated for deep pelvic endometriosis, finding that 55.8% became pregnant with successful deliveries, and pain symptoms resolved during pregnancy but returned postpartum.
