History of Tumors of the Umbilicus

Tumors of the umbilicus can be benign or malignant. The author reviews the literature on tumors of the umbilicus including the early history of these tumors. The Appendix is a section of the extensive report by Cullen in 1916 that includes all the material on tumors of the umbilicus.
