Is CA72-4 a Useful Biomarker in Differential Diagnosis between Ovarian Endometrioma and Epithelial Ovarian Cancer?
Serum CA72-4 levels were significantly higher in epithelial ovarian cancer patients (71.0%) compared to ovarian endometrioma patients (13.8%), suggesting its utility in differentiating these conditions.
