Abstract

Ama: Endometrial kanser (EC) tansnda YKL-40 ve kanser antijen (CA) 72-4 serum dzeylerinin prediktif roln belirlemektir. Gere ve Yntemler: Ocak-Aralk 2015 tarihleri arasnda EC tans alm 41 hasta ve uterin polip tans alm 21 olgu prospektif olarak deerlendirildi. Bulgular: Ya, vcut kitle indeksi, preoperatif serum YKL-40 ve CA 72-4 dzeyleri kontrol grubuna gre malign grupta anlaml olarak yksek bulundu
