Anti-Müllerian hormone trend after laparoscopic surgery in women with ovarian endometrioma
This study found that laparoscopic excision of unilateral ovarian endometriomas using a stripping technique without bipolar coagulation did not significantly decrease Anti-Müllerian Hormone levels, indicating no significant ovarian reserve damage.
