Pregnancy Loss and Endometriosis: Pathogenic Role of Anti-Laminin-1 Autoantibodies
This study demonstrates that anti-laminin-1 autoantibodies, particularly those targeting the alpha1 chain G domain, are associated with recurrent miscarriage and infertility due to endometriosis, and an animal model replicated these adverse pregnancy outcomes.
