Malignant transformation of endometriosis and genetic alterations of K‐ras and microsatellite instability
K-ras mutation and microsatellite instability were detected in ovarian endometrioid carcinoma tissue but not in adjacent normal or atypical endometriosis, suggesting their association with malignant transformation.
