Ultrasound-guided transcervical radiofrequency ablation for symptomatic uterine adenomyosis
This study evaluated ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation in 87 women with symptomatic adenomyosis, finding significant reduction in uterus volume, dysmenorrhea, and symptom severity at 12 months post-procedure.
