Concomitant use of transvaginal sonography and Doppler indices improve diagnosis of adenomyosis
This study found that combining transvaginal ultrasonography with Doppler indices significantly improved the diagnosis of adenomyosis, yielding higher sensitivity and specificity compared to ultrasonography alone.
