Abstract

症例は34歳の女性で，10年ほど前から繰り返す右鼠径部膨隆を主訴に受診した．来院時は右鼠径部に軽度の疼痛を伴う索状物を触知した．腹部超音波検査で右鼠径部に28mm大の嚢胞性腫瘤を指摘した．症状の変化からNuck管水腫に発生した子宮内膜症を疑い，月経時にMRIを施行し診断を得た．鼠径部切開法で腫瘤を摘出し，病理組織学的検査では水腫内に子宮内膜と間質成分を認めた．挙児希望があったため術後薬物療法は施行せず，術後3カ月目の現在，無再発で経過している．
