A Possible Mechanism of Autoimmune‐Mediated infertility in Women with Endometriosis
Anti-laminin-111 autoantibodies were directed to functional sequences in laminin-α1 and significantly inhibited in vitro trophoblast outgrowth, suggesting a pathogenic role in endometriosis-associated infertility.
