Recurrence of uterine adenomyosis after administration of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist and the efficacy of dienogest
This study found that adenomyosis symptoms and uterine volume recurred in most patients 12 months after GnRHa discontinuation, while dienogest administration post-GnRHa prevented recurrence of most symptoms.
