This case report describes laparoscopic diagnosis of adenomyosis in an infertility patient, using a laparoscopic needle biopsy technique rather than relying on post-surgical diagnosis. The authors report successful identification of adenomyosis and frame laparoscopic diagnosis as potentially advantageous for patients undergoing expectant therapy. The paper is limited by its single-patient, descriptive nature and does not provide broader comparative evidence versus other diagnostic or surgical approaches.
