Laparoscopic Diagnosis of Adenomyosis : a Case Report

Abstract
Usually, Adenomyosis is diagnosed after surgery. Lapa-roscopic diagnosis may have advantages over other surgical procedures, especially for infertility patients undergoing expectant therapy. We successfully diagnosed adenomyosis using a laparoscopic needle biopsy technique in an infertility patient.
