Fluctuations in CA 125 and CA 15 3 serum concentrations during spontaneous ovulatory cycles
This study found CA 125 serum concentrations highest during menstruation and lowest during the follicular/peri-ovulatory phase, with no significant CA 15-3 fluctuations, and negative correlation between CA 125 and estradiol.
