Serum and peritoneal fluid levels of ischemia modified albumin in moderate/severe endometriosis

This prospective controlled clinical trial measured ischemia-modified albumin (IMA), a marker of protein oxidation, in serum and peritoneal fluid from 35 women diagnosed with moderate/severe endometriosis at laparoscopy and compared them with 35 laparoscopy controls undergoing tubal sterilization without endometriosis.
