Abstract
ABSTRACT Endometriomas account for 35% of benign ovarian cyst. Convincing evidence has emerged showing the reduced responsiveness to gonadotropins after ovarian cystectomy. Surgery should be envisaged only in the presence of large cyst or with severe symptoms. For endometriomas less than 3 cm cyst, aggressive removal of same may lead to a poor response during ovulation inductions. How to cite this article Kumar P, Balasubramanian A.
