Diperkirakan sekitar 10-15% wanita usia reproduksi dari seluruh dunia menderita endometriosis. Infertilitas yang disebabkan oleh endometriosis memiliki persentase 20-50% dari total kejadian di seluruh dunia. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara endometriosis dengan kejadian infertilitas di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung. Jenis penelitian adalah analitik observasional dengan desain Cross-Sectional dan sampel sebanyak 53 pasien terdiagnosis endometriosis dan dicurigai endometriosis. Uji yang digunakan pada analisis bivariat ini adalah uji Chi-Square. Dari 53 sampel yang diteliti didapatkan 29 sampel (54,7%) terdiagnosis klinis endometriosis dan 22 sampel (41,5%) menderita infertilitas. Sampel non-endometriosis yang subur terdapat 12 sampel (22,6%), sampel non-endometriosis yang infertil terdapat 12 sampel (22,6%). Sampel endometriosis yang subur terdapat 19 sampel (35,8%), sampel endometriosis yang infertil terdapat 10 sampel (18,9%). Berdasarkan uji Chi-Square didapatkan P-Value (0,389).
