Hypermethylation of the GRHL2 promoter region is associated with ovarian endometriosis
This study found that hypermethylation of the GRHL2 promoter region in ectopic endometrium of ovarian endometriosis patients correlates with decreased GRHL2 expression and increased invasion and migration of endometrial cells.
