This descriptive retrospective single-center study analyzed 297 endometriosis cases evaluated in a private laboratory in Faisalabad from January 2010 to December 2019, using archived paraffin blocks, prior slides, and clinical data to record patient age, endometriosis location, and coexisting uterine conditions. The most common endometriosis site was the ovaries (169/297, 57%), and the most frequent associated uterine condition was benign leiomyoma (65/297, 43%), with only one case of endometrial carcinoma reported. Data were summarized as percentages across age and pathology findings, without additional comparative analysis beyond documenting associations. This paper is centrally about endometriosis — it characterizes endometriosis localization and its coexistence with other uterine conditions, including adenomyosis listed among keywords.
