Abstract
Asymptomatic and perimenopausal women with cervical endometriosis can expect treatment; Patients with milder symptoms are usually managed conservatively with medications, and those with large lesions or significant clinical symptoms require surgery, which is curative in the vast majority of cases postoperatively.
