Comparison of dienogest and progesterone effects on uterine contractility in the extracorporeal perfusion model of swine uteri
This study found that both progesterone and dienogest significantly decreased the amplitude and overall contractility of swine uteri, with progesterone affecting the entire organ and dienogest primarily impacting the isthmus.
