Endometriosis and risk factors in pregnancy, labor and delivery: a case-control study
This case-control study found that women with endometriosis experienced higher rates of gestational hypertension, pre-eclampsia, placenta previa, and postpartum hemorrhage compared to controls, but no increased risk of cesarean delivery.
