[Clinical implication and frequency of the incidental finding of endometriosis during oocyte retrieval]
This study found that incidentally diagnosed endometriosis during oocyte retrieval occurred in 0.7% of patients, leading to zero implantation and pregnancy rates compared to 18% implantation and 35% pregnancy rates in patients without endometriosis.
