Psychological wellbeing after laparoscopic and abdominal hysterectomy—a randomised controlled multicentre study
This study found that laparoscopic and abdominal hysterectomy result in similar psychological wellbeing at 6 months post-operation, with laparoscopy offering shorter hospital stays and sick-leave despite longer operating times.
