Comparison of combined transcervical resection of the endometrium and levonorgestrel-containing intrauterine system treatment versus levonorgestrel-containing intrauterine system treatment alone in women with adenomyosis: a prospective clinical trial
This trial found that combining transcervical resection of the endometrium with a levonorgestrel-containing intrauterine system significantly reduced menstrual flow more than the system alone in adenomyosis patients, with no difference in pain reduction.

Papers in the corpus that this work cites (lower rings, blue) and that cite this one (upper rings, green). Dot size scales with the paper's in-corpus citation count — bigger dot = more influential within the endo/adeno field. Click a dot to open that paper.
